As a part of the GT Foundation’s ongoing philanthropic efforts and in celebration of Christmas, the trustees of the GT Foundation distributed new clothes and lunch for the elderly. Led by the Managing Trustee Dr. V. Ravichandran along with his family members, Dr. Srinivasa Kakkilaya, Consultant Physician and one of the most eminent personalities of India, Mr. Sarathbabu Elumalai, an Entrepreneur Par Excellence, a social worker, a philanthropist, a rare politician, and the C.E.O of FoodKing Catering services Pvt. Ltd., they visited the Home for the Aged managed by the Little Sisters of the Poor. In keeping with Mr. S. Elumalai whose vision is to offer employment to illiterate and semi-illiterate people through Food King and see a Hunger free India in his lifetime, the family members of the trustees distributed the new clothes and lunch for the old inmates. Dr. V. Ravichandran and Mr. Sarathbabu Elumalai spoke briefly and shared their experiences with the elderly inmates.
