The GT Foundation took its first step towards such a cause by donating a sum of Rs 1.60 lakhs to the Palaiyur School in Tamil Nadu towards the construction of two classrooms and school play ground. They also made a generous contribution in terms of school books worth Rs. 10,000, dictionaries and library books for the high school children and also sponsored prizes for various sports events.
